RSPCA Warrington, Halton & St Helens Branch

Our opening times are:  12pm – 4pm daily; closed Tuesdays
Have a look at some of our animals who are waiting for a good home

The branch supports the rescuing, adopting and caring for the welfare of animals in the Warrington, Halton, St Helens and surrounding areas (including Culcheth, Lymm, Stockton Heath, Frodsham, Helsby, Prescot, Knowsley and Rainford).

We provide:

  • treatment, care and adoption services for animal welfare and cruelty cases brought in by RSPCA inspectors at our Animal Centre in Warrington
  • low cost veterinary treatment for people on means-tested benefits at our Runcorn Animal First Aid Clinic on Thursday afternoons
  • refuge for animals direct from the public whenever we have the space. We operate a waiting list when necessary

Just some of the animals who pass through our doors

Please support us

Although we operate under the umbrella of the national RSPCA, we do not receive funding or subsidies from the national RSPCA, the government or the lottery. All the money needed to fund the Warrington Animal Centre and Runcorn Animal First Aid Clinic has to be raised locally through our charity shops, fundraising events and donations and legacies from the public made specifically to this branch.

Large or small, we put any amount you can give to good use within the Warrington Animal Centre to help house, feed and treat local animals in need.
