RSPCA Warrington, Halton & St Helens Branch
Slutchers Lane, Bank Quay, Warrington, WA1 1NA
|
The branch is the RSPCA animal adoption establishment for Warrington, Halton, St Helens and the surrounding areas. The branch covers the whole of Warrington, Culcheth, Lymm, Stockton Heath, Halton, Frodsham, Helsby, and St Helens, Prescot, Knowsley and Rainford.
Please support the branch
We are a semi-autonomous charity which operates under the umbrella of the national RSPCA but does not receive any funding or subsidies from them, the government or the lottery. All the money needed to fund the branch has to be raised locally through regular fund raising by the branch committee and volunteers and through the generous donations from the public.

The Centre is managed by Chris Walkden (left) and her deputy Les Ravenscroft together with 6 full time staff and a number of volunteers who assist with dog walking, pre-homing checks and other duties.
The branch provides:
-
treatment, care and adoption for animals brought in by RSPCA inspectors at our animal centre in Warrington while we try to find them loving new homes
-
veterinary treatment for people on pension and certain other benefits at our Runcorn clinic on Thursday afternoons
-
refuge for animals direct from the public; though not always possible due to the lack of space. We operate a waiting list when necessary
